Looking for Care

The need to look for quality and safe personal care can sometimes arise at short notice where for example a loved one has suffered an unexpected health issue. Sometimes people plan ahead to when they might need support and assistance at home.

In either case there will be a need to research care provision in the locality. This can be daunting if you have never had to look into the issue of social care provision before.

We have in the past advised close friends and associates(who were looking for personal care for a parent outside of areas we serve) about what steps to take and some of this guidance is set out in our “F.A.Q.” section which we hope you will find helpful.

We have found that care managers within local social services departments can be very helpful in giving help to those seeking information about adult social care.
